OUR REVIEW

superman review

This amazing statue is breathtaking and should feature on the shelf of every true Superman fan. This limited edition statue Superman figure salecommemorates Superman as most of us remember him – as the character played by Christopher Reeve from the movie classic.

This is an item for serious Superman fans. Featuring hand-painted surfaces, stunning detail and Christopher Reeves look, this statue proudly stands on its silver S-shield pedestal.

After we see the statue we are pleasantly excited, when we see the amazing impression of Chris that the artist Karen Palinko has created, we are left breathless. The blue eyes are simply hypnotizing! And when we read that portion of the sale goes to the Christopher and Dana Reeve foundation – we know it – this statue is an absolute must have!!!

Excellent craftsmanship, great detail, stunning colors, fantastic decoration for home and/or office. A statue of Superman represents cultural values (read our article here…). For Superman fans, this is a must have.

Statue is not meant for small children (less than 14 years old) as it is quite heavy.

  1. The statue of Christopher Reeve is amazing. You can tell that well by looking at the pic here, but the statue looks just like him. It looks even better in person! I am very happy that I decided to get this and if you love Superman or the movies, then you will want this!
  2. It is Chris. It is high in quality. I really do think it’s a great addition to any Superman lovers home. A true collector’s item!
  3. Our grandson broke the previous Superman collectible that we had – my husband was devastated….but then I found this replacement, and I think he likes it better than the original one had. I would recommend to anyone considering. Very durable, heavy, and just a nice item!
  4. This is one of the most beautifully made statues I have seen in a very long time. My son loved it!
  5. My wife is the DC fan going back to her love of Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman and Chris Reeves as Superman in the 70’s. I had gotten her the Wonder Woman statue last year and saw this Superman and hoped and prayed it would look good next to the previous statue. WOW! Perfect scale! Even the bases are similar, the two statues look fantastic together! They did a great job on the portrait on both statues, really fantastic stuff. If you like this one, hunt down the Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman statue and enjoy them together!
